This page covers the waitlist only. If you later create an account, the
privacy
notice covers that separately, and you will be asked to agree to it then.
What we collect
Your email address. The date and time you gave it, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, which exist so we can show that you asked to be added. Optionally, if you answer them, which exam you are preparing for, when you next sit one, and what you said about the price.
Why
To email you once when PrepAtom opens, and to tell you the price before you are ever asked to pay anything. The optional answers tell us what to build first and whether the price is realistic.
What we will not do
We will not send you a newsletter, a drip sequence, or anything else. We will not share, sell or rent your address. We will not use it to advertise to you anywhere else, and we will not build a profile of you.
How long we keep it
Until PrepAtom opens and we have sent that email, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever is first. If the project is abandoned we delete the list and say so.
Removing yourself
Every email we send carries a one-click link that removes you, with no login and no questions. You can also write to our grievance officer and we will do it for you.
Who is responsible
Atomos Technologies OPC Private Limited. Our grievance officer is Ayaan Ansari, reachable at grievance@prepatom.org or +91 7890000128. We respond within 30 days.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us what we
hold about you, have it corrected, or have it erased. For the waitlist that is
one line in a table, and the link in your confirmation email removes it
immediately.
Version 2026-08-31. If this wording changes
materially we will ask again rather than assume your earlier agreement carries
over.
